The First step towards becoming a ‘saffronite’ is to read the rules & regulations carefully & understand them completely.
*The applicant is required to read thoroughly and understand the terms and conditions, policies, procedures, code of ethics and business opportunities of the Company as given below and from the website named “www.saffronlifemantra.com”. The application/agreement form is considered as an authentic and legally binding contract document. This contract is between the applicant (hereinafter referred to as Business Associate) and SAFFRON LIFE MANTRA PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as Company.
** If the applicant agrees to adhere to and abide by the conditions mentioned hereunder and in the website named “www.saffronlifemantra.com” he/she shall become a Business Associate on payment of the prescribed package cost to the Company by the way of a crossed demand draft, favoring “ SAFFRON LIFE MANTRA PRIVATE LIMITED “, payable at Bhopal.
1. The applicant should have completed minimum 18 years of age and should be competent to enter into a contract as per the Indian Contract Act.
2. The Company under no circumstances shall accept any payment in cash.
3. The Company has not authorized any official, officer, Business Associate of the Company to receive any amount in cash on behalf of the Company. If anybody makes any payment in cash, it will be his/her own risk and under no circumstances, will the Company be answerable towards the Business Associates fee, or cost of products as the case maybe.
4. The initial payment paid by the applicant is towards enrolling as an independent Business Associate and the same is not refundable under any circumstance. All the packages include the registration, processing and the administrative cost.
5. The images shown in the booklet, website, and brochures or through any other mode, by the Company is only for reference and the actual product may vary.
6. The Business Associate would be eligible for the Referral Fees or Incentives only as per the Volume of the business done by him that is also subject to eligibility norms formulated by the Company. The Company does not assure any income to the Business Associate, merely on account of his/her joining the Company.
7. The Company will, in no case, entertain any communication without Track Id and password.
8. The Business Associate has to make annual Renewal Payment at the end of 12 months of registration, as per the Company norms.
9. Trimming & Processing charges will be deducted as per the Company norms.
10. The Business Associate has to provide PAN No. & Bank Account Details along with other mandatory fields while registering. Failure to Provide PAN No. would result in withholding of the Referral Fees or Incentives, till it is furnished.
11. All Business Associates should adhere to Rules & Regulations formed by the Company, and if any of the Business Associates is found Guilty of not following the same, then he/she will be terminated from the Company.
12.A Business Associate & or his immediate family, if found working for another Direct Marketing/NetworkMarketing/competitor would have his BA ID deactivated/terminated & all Payouts (of any Nature) would be stopped. In this context, immediate family would mean Self, spouse, Parents,brother/Sister, Children.
13. Once a Business Associate is terminated, he/she cannot enter any of the Company Offices/meeting Locations, and his/her Income would be stopped immediately.
14. The Business Associate shall not compel or induce or mislead any person with any false statement/promises to join the Company or to Purchase any Product.
15. The Company will not be answerable for any promises, assurance given by any Business Associate to any person, unless it is in accordance with the Company approved business plans and terms. Hence the applicant will go through the website named “www.saffronlifemantra.com” and the brochures and notices issued by the Company. Through these sources, he/she will fully inform himself/herself on all these matters.
16. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, products & specifications, business and policies, giving prior notice through its website “www.saffronlifemantra.com” and it will binding on all Business Associates of the Company.
17. The Business Associate has to pay Forwarding Charges @ Rs.300/- for home delivery of the Product.
18. The BA has to recieve the Product Package from the Company Office(s).The Delivery of the Product, on request, may be made at home within 21 Days of recieving the Enrollment form & Demand Draft of the Business Associate.
19. There would be a processing charge of 10% of the payout from the Binary Income of the Business Associate.
20.Incase of dispute the judicial area would be Bhopal only.
