ASSURED INCOME :
All the Business Associates on reaching level ONE, i.e, with A & B under them, would be eligible for Assured Income of Rs.50000/-. Minimum 5% of The Monthly Sales of the SLMPL would be distributed equally among all the BA's of level one subject to a maximum of Rs.50000/-.

The Max Assured Income for a Business Associate would be limited to 5 times of the Product Purchased to become a Business Associate, subject to Maximum Rs. 50000/-

REWARDS:
Under the Reward mechanism, the total overall performance of a BA is evaluated. The total number of pairs (as described under the Binary incentive plan) made under him in a certain period makes him eligible for REWARD ITEMS. The date of joining of a BA (say 2nd of January) would be considered as the date of commencement of his stipulated “period” and his one month would end on 1st of February. His second month (period) would complete on 1st of March and third month on 1st of April.
Depending on the pairs he makes within the month(s), a BA would be eligible for the following rewards:

The rewards would be subject to availability and the management of the Company can at time during the continuance of this reward mechanism, change the reward items.
In no case request for Cash in lieu of any of the rewards would be entertained. The BA would have to purchase New Car to avail of the Roadies Club Benefit. The Subsequent Monthly payouts for the next 3 Years would be made only if the BA has purchased the Car. B would be paid Down Payment in the Month next to the Qualifying Month of Roadies Club Criteria & The monthly Payout would Start from the MOnth next to the month the Down Payment has been made. Roadies Club would be available to the BA only once in the Lifetime.

In case any eligible Reward is redeemed after a period, the count of Pairs restarts. For example, on the accomplishment of 25 Pairs, a BA will be entitled to a Branded Microwave. If he chooses to redeem this gift, then the count for a reward starts afresh. On the other hand, if he chooses to skip his first reward (Branded Microwave), on attaining 50 pairs, he would be entitled to the Branded PC.

In the event he does not redeem any reward, in hope for the next higher reward but fails to achieve the requisite number of Pairs in the stipulated period, he would still be eligible for the previous reward, which he had not redeemed & foregone.

If you choose to continue to skip the rewards for the next one, on Reaching 10000 pairs within 1800 days of joining, you can have a brand new Mercedes.
Payout period under Reward Mechanism: The determination of incentive under the Reward mechanism will be made as at the close of every last day of the period (whether or not that day being a holiday) as stated above under this reward plan.

Every eligible BA will have to lodge a claim within 15 days of the expiration of his requisite period with the company at the address of communication. The actual receipt of the claim by the company should be within 15 days, failing which it shall be deemed that the BA will not redeem his reward and has opted for the next award for the higher slab.

After actual receipt of claim by the company, the reward would be dispatched to the Business Associate within 30 days provided the necessary Income Tax or any other tax to be deducted at source has been received by the company beforehand.

CLUBS:
To further recognize extraordinary performances, Leadership Excellence Seminars would be conducted, for overall Development of the BA’s.

ROYALTY INCOME:
BA’s are eligible for Residual (Royalty) income, who have crossed 250 pairs within 365 days of registration. The Royalty Income of Rs. One Lac would be paid in 12 equal monthly installments. Thereafter BA has to achieve fresh 250 Pairs to get residual income for the next 12 months.
